Your Path to Peak Performance
— Why We Exist

The standard clinic model is built around volume — rushed appointments, rotating providers, and care dictated by what insurance will approve rather than what your body actually needs. At Titan Lab, that's not how we operate. Every session is one-on-one with the same provider who knows your history, your goals, and exactly where you left off. Care here isn't managed — it's driven by outcomes, individualized to your sport and lifestyle, and focused on returning you to activity stronger and more resilient than before. No visit limits. No generic protocols. Just a clear plan built around you.

01
Initial Eval

03
1-on-1 Sessions

Every session is dedicated entirely to you, with direct hands-on care and coaching.

04

"Zach made showing up to PT something that I looked forward to every day. He does a great job maintaining encouraging relationships with his clients and creating an environment that is both motivating and supportive. As an athlete, I especially appreciated how he consistently challenged me with exercises that pushed me to improve while still being tailored to my recovery. Those challenging workouts played a huge role in helping me come back from my meniscus tear quicker, stronger, and more confident. His dedication, expertise, and positive attitude made a significant impact on my recovery, and I am incredibly grateful for everything he did to help me get back to competing at my best."

"I can't thank Zach enough for everything he did to help me through my recovery. From day 1, 6 weeks before surgery, until the last appointment together was spectacular. His knowledge of everything from the recovery timeline to his ability to see the slightest ill tendencies in my movement patterns was incredible. He pushed me beyond what I thought was possible, helping to bring me back to game shape months before anyone could have expected. His attention to detail and ability to build a recovery program around my recovery, timeline, and sport was incredible. I'm honored to have him as a PT, mentor, and friend. I couldn't recommend him more to anyone looking for a physical therapist!"

Frequently Asked
Questions

Do I need to have an injury to see a physical therapist? +
Not at all. PT isn't just for injury recovery — it's a powerful tool for staying ahead of problems before they start. We regularly work with athletes and active individuals who want to move better, address imbalances, and keep performing at a high level. If something feels off or you just want to optimize how your body functions, that's reason enough to come in.
Do I need to see my doctor before starting physical therapy? +
Nope — you can come straight to us without a physician referral. Skipping that step means you get into care faster and start making progress sooner. If we determine you need further medical evaluation, we'll refer you to a trusted physician and can often fast-track your appointment through our local network of top doctors.
Do you accept insurance? +
Titan Lab operates as an out-of-network provider. This is intentional — it means your care is never dictated by insurance limits, visit caps, or billing codes. Every decision is based on what you actually need. Many clients with PPO plans can still receive partial reimbursement by submitting a superbill, and HSA/FSA funds are accepted.
